Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

Polyvinyl chloride is a plastic with a very wide range of uses (generally abbreviated as PVC). It is one of the most valuable products in the chemical industry. In the world more than 50% of PVC is used in the construction sector. As building material, PVC can be installed cheaply and easily. In recent years, PVC, traditional building materials such as wood, concrete and clay have taken many places. Uses of PVC include door and window profiles, vinyl façade covering, pipe and plumbing fixtures, electrical cables, flooring, hobby materials. With the reason that it is flexible and cheap, the material is very widely used for pipelines in water and wastewater industry.

Polypropylene (PP)

Polipropilen, It is a thermoplastic polymer with a wide range of applications from parts used in the automotive industry to textile and food packaging. The polypropylene obtained by polymerization of the monomer propylene is extremely resistant to chemical solvents (acids and bases). Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer with a wide range of applications from automotive industry parts to textile and food packaging. It has a very wide area such as kitchen ware, plastic garden furniture, stools, bathroom utensils, bathtubs, clothes hangers, electrical materials, cables, buttons, aspirators, yarns, laboratory.

Polyethylene (PE)

Polietilen, is a thermoplastic used in a wide variety of products. The ethylene molecule C2H4 consists essentially of two CH2 linked by a double bond. (CH2 = CH2) Polyethylene is produced by the polymerization of ethylene.

Polymerization methods can be by radical polymerization, anionic polymerization, ion coordination polymerization, and cationic polymerization methods. Good environmental resistance and good resistance to moisture, flexibility, poor mechanical strength and superior chemical resistance can be cited as general features. It is a very common area of use, such as containers, boxes, kitchenware, coatings, pipes and tubes, toys, insulated layers in cables, packaging and packaging films and is low cost.

Polyoxymethylene (POM)

Delrin, plastic mold and gear used in making the impact resistance and high insulation material. Elasticity, hardness, dimensional stability and superior durability are some of them. However, its resistance to acids and bases is weak. Delrin has excellent mechanical strength properties. Especially it has been determined by experience that it gives better results when used as machine parts. Small teeth are preferred in terms of strength of teeth.

Areas of Use:
Bearings, Bushes, Heavy industrial machinery gears, Cylinders and all kinds of parts are used in manufacturing.

Polyamide 6 (PA6)

POLYAMİD PA6 Polyamide The most basic class of materials produced by extrusion is known. The specific weight is 1,15 gr / cm³. The temperature is 220 ºC and the service temperature is 75-100 ºC. It is not a very slippery material. Its chemical strength is moderate and resistant to acids and bases. Since it possesses the water-holding feature on its own, it can destroy dynamic stresses in its own way.

Usage Areas:
Automotive, ship, railway, crane, industry, wheel and gear industry is a high strength, strong possibility, high abrasion resistance and other features to be well processed..

Polyethylene Terephtalate (PET)

Polietilen tereftalat, (PET, PETE, PETP) polyester is a thermoplastic material produced by the poly condensation method of the family.

Usage Areas:
Uses such as beverages, food and beverage containers, synthetic fiber.

Polyurethane (PU)

Polyurethane is considered to be an easily applicable, long-lasting and safe way to reduce carbon emissions leading to global warming. Polyurethane significantly reduces heat loss in homes and offices during cold weather. In the summer months the buildings play an important role in keeping cool, which means that there is less need for air conditioning.

Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), plastic and elastomer properties. The performance characteristics of TPE are very similar to commercial rubbers. Elastomeric phase provides rubbery properties such as elastic recycling and softness.
